When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

How do returns work?

Eligible returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may use their store credit toward a new purchase.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Rooted and Evergreen currently ships within the United States and Canada.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
