Returns & Exchanges

Eligible returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

• Returned with original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

At this time, Rooted and Evergreen does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may use your store credit toward a new purchase.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
